Partner inquiry form

The Partner Inquiry page collects organization name, role, a description of critical capability or resources offered, availability, and contact name and email. This information is used only to follow up on your inquiry and to understand the mix of partners interested in the pilot.

Preview and staging builds of this site do not send this data anywhere or store it. Submissions are only transmitted once the site is connected to a production form endpoint, and that endpoint is documented in the project README so it can be audited before launch.

Analytics

The site tracks a small set of decision events — for example, when a partner inquiry is submitted, a planning call is requested, the project brief is downloaded, or a replication-site interest is registered. These events record the type of action taken and, where relevant, the organization name entered on the form; they are not used to build an advertising profile, and no data is sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

In preview builds, these events are logged only to the browser console for development purposes and go nowhere else. Once a production analytics collector is configured, this notice will be updated to name that provider and link to its own privacy documentation.

Your choices

You can request that any information you've submitted be corrected or deleted by emailing partnerships@grovefieldresilience.org.
