How to read this page
Each phase publishes only what's appropriate to that stage — for example, the "Submitted" phase publishes the submission fact and an expected timeline, not a confirmed award. "Selected / contracting" explicitly distinguishes a conditional selection from an executed contract. This page will never claim a phase the project hasn't actually reached.
